Services
Greovox provides custom website design, development, and maintenance services as described in individual project quotes.
Quotes & Payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. All prices are in USD or EUR as agreed.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the website code and design. Greovox retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Maintenance Cancellation
Monthly maintenance may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice via email. No refund is issued for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period.
Limitation of Liability
Greovox is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss resulting from hosting issues or third-party service failures. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
ADA / Accessibility
Greovox makes reasonable efforts to follow WCAG 2.1 guidelines. Clients are responsible for ensuring their content meets accessibility requirements after delivery.
Dispute Resolution
French clients: French law, French courts. US clients: binding arbitration per American Arbitration Association rules. Governing law: State of Maryland.
